The formulation of K-Seal is designed to ensure a fast and permanent seal of all holes up to 0.75mm diameter, and cracks of any length up to 0.75mm wide. Either of these are major failures, often with large coolant loss.
Earlier this year the engineering department at the University of Brighton tested K-Seal and other total coolant leak repair products, using the American Standards ASTM D-3147 test method. They found that K-Seal easily met the requirements of the standard. They also confirmed that K-Seal sealed the largest holes when compared with all the other products.

K-Seal mixes easily with all types of coolant and antifreeze. Doesn't block your system. And there's no need to drain or flush your cooling system.
For all vehicles with an engine and water cooling system. Diesel and Petrol. Cars, motorbikes, vans, trucks, buses, tractors, lawnmowers, earth movers.
If the capacity of your vehicle's cooling system is more than 20 litres it will need 2 bottles of K-Seal, or 1 bottle of K-Seal HD. ( Heavy trucks, Heavy plant, Agricultural and all large water-cooled engines )
* Shake bottle vigorously for 30 seconds.
* Add the entire contents to the radiator or coolant reservoir.
* Start your engine.
* K-Seal works within 1 to 3 minutes once the engine has
reached operating temperature.
* Top up the coolant as necessary.
* Leave the K-Seal in the system for future sealing.

Just got an opportunity to rate this. I have a Mac and for some reason it would not allow me to. Ordered Saturday and arrived on Monday: incredible level of service. The product was required quickly and it could not have been despatched any quicker, so very pleased with service.. And the product, the K-Seal has sealed the cylinder head problem that I have on a 12 year old Freelander, the one with the notorious 1.8 litre petrol engine. Three weeks later and no more loss of fluid, either from the oil into the water or vice versa.Very pleased.
